Technical Requirements

It is a requirement of the School that students have internet access in order to use this website.

Student assignments are submitted by uploading a pdf file from your device. You will need to be familiar with how to create a text document, and save or export it as a pdf file.

Communication

All communications will be in English. All administrative communications between the student and the School must be by e-mail sent via the Contact form on this site or to admin@naturostudy.org. In order to keep down the costs of the Course, the School does not employ staff to deal with telephone enquiries.

Refunds

If you are unhappy with a single module you have purchased, we will be glad to refund you within two weeks of your purchase, provided you have not completed the module you purchased, and a certificate of completion has not been awarded. Simply email admin@naturostudy.org with your request.

If you have purchased the Ten-Module Bundle, and find, after completing Module One, that the course is not a good fit for you, then we will be glad to refund you pro-rata for the rest of the bundle (Modules 2-10) provided you have not completed any other modules. You must request this refund within two weeks of purchasing the Bundle. Simply email admin@naturostudy.org with your request.

Health Learners Club

Health Learners Club subscription payments are not refundable.

The Health Learners Club is about education. We can answer general health questions, but personal health advice cannot be provided because it requires a proper naturopathic assessment. If you decide you need a personal health plan, we can put you in touch with one of our Natural Health Consultants.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim relating to these Terms will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
